This policy applies to sensorflow.site, SensorFlow accounts, orders, licenses, and customer support. The service is operated by EVERAI LIMITED LLC. Contact support@sensorflow.site for privacy requests.
2. Information we collect
- Account data such as email, display name, OAuth identifier, and avatar;
- Transaction data such as plan, amount, currency, status, invoice links, and payment-provider transaction identifiers;
- License and technical data such as customer ID, license status and term, basic server fingerprint, and verification logs;
- Website and support data such as IP address, security and audit logs, cookies, language preference, and messages you submit.
Payment providers process full card details. SensorFlow does not store full card numbers or security codes.
3. How and why we use data
We use data to create and secure accounts, process orders, issue and verify licenses, provide downloads and support, prevent fraud, comply with law, and improve the service. Our legal bases include contract performance, legitimate interests, legal obligations, and consent where required.
4. Service providers and sharing
Payment, OAuth, support, hosting, and security providers may process limited information for their services. We share data only as needed to provide SensorFlow, comply with law, or protect users and the service. We do not sell personal information.
