Terms of Service
1. Acceptance and provider
By registering, purchasing, or using SensorFlow, you agree to these terms. SensorFlow is operated by EVERAI LIMITED LLC. If you act for an organization, you confirm authority to bind it.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate information, protect credentials, and remain responsible for account activity. You may not use the service unlawfully; attack or bypass licensing, security, or billing; distribute malware; or infringe third-party rights.
3. Open-source code, commercial services, and licenses
Code in public repositories is governed by the license in that repository. Paid orders provide a commercial license, updates, or support for the displayed term. Licenses are limited to the stated customer and use and may not be resold, shared, altered, or used to bypass verification. Paid terms accumulate as shown in the console.
4. Pricing, payment, renewal, and taxes
Price, currency, term, and discounts are shown at checkout. Third-party payment providers process orders. Plans do not automatically renew unless checkout expressly says otherwise. You are responsible for applicable taxes. Promotions and test offers may have eligibility, usage, and time limits.
5. Refunds
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, send refund requests to support@sensorflow.site within 7 days of payment with the order number and reason. Substantially used, abused, consumed, or terms-violating orders may be ineligible. Approved refunds return to the original method, subject to provider processing times.
6. Customer data and responsibilities
You control event and user data in your self-hosted environment. You are responsible for lawful authority, notices and consent, retention, access controls, SDK use, and compliance. You grant us only the limited rights necessary for license verification, support, and security.
7. Availability, changes, and termination
We use reasonable efforts but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may change the service for security, legal, or product reasons. Material breach, fraud, chargeback, or security risk may lead to suspension or termination. Paid functionality may stop when a license expires.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is.” EVERAI LIMITED LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service during the 12 months before the claim. Liability that cannot lawfully be limited remains unaffected.
9. Contact and changes
Contact support@sensorflow.site. We may update these terms and the effective date, with reasonable notice for material changes. Continued use after effectiveness means acceptance.
